The Neumärker Big Heart I (model 12-40720DT) is a professional heart-shaped waffle maker designed for high-visibility waffle service in cafés, dessert bars, hotels and catering operations. Its cast iron baking plates produce one large flower-shaped waffle — divided into five heart-shaped sections — per bake cycle, with each cycle completing in around 2 minutes at 2.2 kW.
