Description
The Vitrum neutral buffet module is a mobile serving-line unit for buffet lines, canteens and restaurant serving areas, built on a stainless steel structure with decorative laminate side cladding. It measures 1000 × 700 × 900 mm and carries both a lower and a middle shelf, giving staff generous storage for tableware, utensils and serving accessories right where they are needed.
Folding tray slides of 800 × 300 mm in stainless steel tubing are fitted to both sides, so the line can serve guests from either side. The module runs on four castors — two of them braked — so the serving line can be reconfigured between services and locked securely in place during operation.
