Description

The Taurus Mycook Pro is a professional induction thermal cooking robot for the HoReCa industry, combining a 3.75 L triple-layer steel and aluminium jar with 2.0 kW of induction power to heat precisely from 27 °C up to 140 °C. Designed and manufactured in Spain, it reaches up to 11,500 rpm and handles the full prep-to-plate workflow — chopping, emulsifying, kneading, sautéing, steaming and more — in a single countertop unit.

The built-in Sous Vide mode holds temperatures between 40 °C and 100 °C for up to 24 hours, making it equally at home in a fine-dining kitchen as in high-volume hotel catering. A removable stainless steel 4-blade knife and an ergonomically tilted control panel keep service-line operation fast and intuitive, while the included 5 L steamer accessory extends capacity without adding extra appliances.
