The Mychef iSENSOR M PUMP 16 is a tabletop chamber vacuum packaging machine for professional kitchens, restaurants, hotels and catering operations, powered by a 16 m³/h Busch pump (Made in Germany) and a 405 mm double sealing bar. Built in Spain by Distform, S.L., it combines reliable hardware with smart automation to handle everything from delicate herbs to dense proteins without manual parameter adjustment.

Three patented systems set it apart: iVac optimises vacuum level per food type automatically, iSeal regulates sealing time and temperature each cycle, and SCS (Self Calibration System) keeps the machine self-calibrated over time. Additional modes — Soft Air for fragile foods, Vac+ for porous items, Multi Cycle Vacuum, and Vacuum Standby — give kitchen teams precise control with minimal operator input. Up to 10 programmes can be stored and recalled via the LCD interface, and integrated Bluetooth lets you monitor and adjust settings through the Mychef iSENSOR iOS/Android app. An external vacuum connection extends functionality for bags and containers outside the chamber.
