Description

The Mychef goSENSOR L is a semi-automatic chamber vacuum packaging machine for professional kitchens, restaurants, hotels and catering operations, built in Spain and running on a 20 m³/h pump at 0.75 kW. Its defining feature is sensor-based vacuum detection: the machine reads the optimal vacuum level automatically, removing the guesswork from cycle-to-cycle variation. The patented Self Calibration System (SCS) continuously recalibrates for changes in altitude, temperature, ambient climate and oil condition — ensuring consistent results without manual adjustment.

The dome-shaped methacrylate lid accommodates bulky items that would not fit in a flat-lid machine, while the H2O liquid mode stops the cycle at precisely the right point for soups, sauces and wet preparations. Vac+ extends vacuum for up to 20 seconds beyond 100% for porous foods, and Soft Air releases pressure gradually to protect fragile or delicate products. The sealing bar can seal two bags simultaneously, and automatic oil self-cleaning monitors cycle counts and alerts staff when maintenance is due — a practical advantage in high-volume service.

The goSENSOR L suits butchers, hotel kitchens, central production facilities and any operation that vacuum-packs a wide variety of product types — dry, liquid, bulky or delicate — and needs reliable, low-maintenance performance in a compact 620 × 599 × 453 mm footprint.
