Description

The Roller Grill MS 3 + BMV 3 is a panoramic bain-marie heated display unit for hot food self-service and buffet presentation, combining the BMV 3 glass-fronted vitrine with the MS 3 wheeled stainless-steel base cupboard. The BMV 3 holds 3 × GN 1/1 containers (up to 150 mm deep) and runs at 2.8 kW on 230 V, maintaining temperatures from 30 °C up to 95 °C via a bottom wet bain-marie heating element and an aluminium plate for even heat transfer. Curved front glass, lateral glass panels, and halogen interior lighting give customers a clear, well-lit view of the food.

The MS 3 cupboard sits on four lockable castors for easy repositioning on the service floor, and its sliding rear doors with integrated handles allow quick access to stored items below. The stainless-steel tank features a full drain tap for simple end-of-service cleaning. The BMV 3 can also be used freestanding or recessed into the base, giving operators flexibility in counter layout.

This combination suits hotel buffets, canteens, catering operations, and self-service restaurants that need a durable, mobile hot-hold and display solution for high-volume service.
