Description

The Moduline HSH 031 E is a bench-top hot holding cabinet for restaurants, hotels, catering operations and café kitchens that need reliable, compact food holding between service runs. Drawing just 0.7 kW at 230 V single phase, it holds up to three GN 1/1 trays at temperatures from 30 °C to 120 °C, controlled via an electronic panel with a digital temperature display and protected by a safety thermostat.

The fully thermally insulated stainless steel chamber uses a low-consumption wire heating element coiled around the exterior — static heating that keeps energy use low while maintaining an even holding environment. A food-grade silicone door seal with magnetic closure locks in heat, while two adjustable ventilation openings on the door and rear wall let operators fine-tune humidity to suit the food being held.

Compact at 450 × 635 × 405 mm, the HSH 031 E fits easily on a counter or pass and ships with two GN 1/1 stainless steel shelves and side runners already included, so it is ready to work from day one.
