Description

The Moduline HHT282E is a mobile heated holding cabinet with two fully independent chambers, designed for high-volume food holding in restaurants, hotels, banqueting operations and catering services. Each chamber delivers 1,500 W of heating power and holds up to 8 GN 2/1 or 16 GN 1/1 pans, giving the unit a combined capacity of up to 32 full-size gastronorm trays — all on a single 230 V supply drawing 3.0 kW total.

The two chambers operate independently via separate electronic control panels with digital temperature displays, so different menu items can be held at different temperatures simultaneously without compromise. The vented stainless steel construction promotes even heat distribution, and 70 mm runner spacing accommodates deep gastronorm pans with ease.

Mounted on castors, the HHT282E moves freely between kitchen, pass and service area — making it equally at home in a busy hotel banqueting kitchen, a large restaurant operation or a central production unit that needs reliable, flexible heated transport and holding.
