Description

The Moduline HHT162E is a mobile heated holding cabinet for high-volume hot-food holding in restaurants, hotels, banqueting operations and catering services, capable of storing up to 32 × GN1/1 pans at temperatures between 30 °C and 120 °C. A low-consumption wire heating element coiled around the entire chamber delivers even static heat across all levels, while full rock or glass wool insulation keeps energy draw to just 3.0 kW on a standard 230 V single-phase supply.

Built for demanding front- and back-of-house environments, the cabinet rolls on 150 mm castors — two with brake — and features opposite-side double doors with magnetic closures and food-grade high-heat silicone seals to minimise heat loss during service. The ergonomic push handle makes navigating busy kitchens straightforward, and the easy-access maintenance panel keeps downtime short when servicing is needed.

Electronic temperature control with a digital display gives kitchen teams precise, at-a-glance monitoring, while removable side racks and radius-cornered chamber walls speed up cleaning between services. The HHT162E suits any professional operation that needs reliable, mobile hot-holding for large quantities of prepared dishes.
