Description
The Della Marta Mod PM-VAR12 is a modular wall-backed wine chiller cabinet for restaurants, hotels, wine bars and retail, holding 12 standard 750 ml bottles and cooling across a 4–18 °C range to serve both white and red wines at correct service temperatures. Its inverter compressor pairs combined static and ventilated cooling with an anti-vibration system, protecting sediment-sensitive bottles during continuous operation.
Two hinged, double-glazed UV-protective glass doors with a lock keep bottles visible and secure, while warm-white 3000 K LED lighting presents the selection attractively. A rechargeable activated carbon filter maintains a clean internal environment, and automatic defrost plus condensate evaporation reduce routine maintenance. Drawing just 0.32 kW at 230 V, the unit is economical enough for front-of-house placement.
As a PM (rear-panel) module, the VAR12 is designed to slot into Della Marta's modular wall system alongside other PM and PC units, letting operators scale a wine wall to fit available space — a practical solution wherever a compact, purpose-built wine display is needed without a freestanding footprint.
