Description
The Was Mixing Spatula 1000 mm (Kitchen Tool / Cucina line) is a professional XL mixing and folding spatula for large-volume kitchen work, featuring a full-length stainless steel (CrNi) build and a 230 × 120 mm blade. At one metre overall length, it keeps hands safely clear of deep stockpots, tilting kettles and large mixing bowls — the everyday reality of central kitchens, hotel banquet operations and high-throughput catering.
The seamless tubular handle eliminates crevices that trap food residue, making cleaning fast and hygienic. The Ø 9 cm hanging hole lets it sit on any standard pot rack or tool rail. Built for chefs who need reach, control and durability in a single utensil.
