Description
The Lainox OWB (Oracle Washable Box) is a removable Teflon-lined oven chamber insert for the Lainox Oracle high-speed oven, designed to protect the oven cavity from grease and food debris during every cook cycle. The patented OWB system (part code AP710) slots directly into the Oracle chamber and acts as a sacrificial liner, catching splatter so the oven interior stays clean without the need for water connections, filling, or draining.
After service, the insert simply lifts out and goes straight into a dishwasher — or is washed by hand — cutting cleaning time significantly and keeping the Oracle running at full throughput. It ships as standard with the Oracle and is also available as a standalone replacement or additional unit, making it practical to rotate inserts across a busy shift. High-volume restaurant kitchens, hotel operations, and fast-casual outlets running an Oracle will find an OWB stock of spares a straightforward way to minimise oven downtime between services.
