Description

The Maxima meat tenderiser tenderises meat across its full surface for catering kitchens and restaurants, taking pieces up to 12.5 x 2.5 cm through two rollers fitted with 27 blades each, so no part of the cut is missed. Tenderising shortens cooking time and lets spices and sauces penetrate deeper into the meat. It stands on a removable stainless steel base with suction cups that keep it in place during use, and it dismantles for cleaning.

Manual operation, no power connection. The tenderising unit itself measures 215 x 170 x 260 mm within the overall 245 x 320 x 435 mm machine, net weight 7 kg.
