Description

The Maxima 60 L meat mixer mixes up to 55 kg of meat or fish in one batch, for butchers, restaurants and catering kitchens that need more mixing power than a single-axle model. The lid lifts off to load the stainless steel reservoir, and the double axle turns the mixing wings in both directions with less effort than a single shaft. Housing, mixing wings and lid are stainless steel and lift out for the dishwasher, and four rubber feet keep the mixer steady on the counter.

Manually operated, no electrical connection needed. External dimensions 595 x 485 x 385 mm, net weight 28.5 kg. The other sizes of the same double-axle series, from 30 to 60 L, can be selected above.
