Description

The Maxima Meat Tenderizer 37 x 2 - 175 mm is a manual, hand-cranked table-model meat tenderizer for professional kitchens, processing boneless, non-frozen cuts — beef, pork, chicken, lamb and veal — up to 175 mm wide in a single pass. Two stainless steel rollers carry 37 blades each (74 blades total), breaking down muscle fibres evenly to reduce cooking time and improve marinade absorption without electricity.

Built entirely in stainless steel, the unit sits securely on a removable base fitted with suction cups. Rollers, top cover and shafts all detach for thorough manual cleaning — an important compliance advantage for butchery counters, hotel banquet prep and steakhouse kitchens running high volumes of portioned cuts. At 7 kg it is light enough to move between prep stations yet solid enough for sustained daily use.

A reliable, no-power option suited to restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations and butchery counters where consistent tenderizing quality and easy disassembly matter more than throughput speed.
