The Robot Coupe Mashed Potato Kit is a three-piece disc-and-grid attachment for Robot Coupe vegetable preparation machines, designed to produce smooth mashed potato and vegetable purées at high throughput. The kit processes 10 kg of cooked potatoes in just 2 minutes, making it a practical choice for high-volume restaurant kitchens, hotel banqueting operations, and catering production facilities.
Compatible with the CL50, CL50 Ultra, CL51, CL52, CL55, CL60, R502, and R602VV, the kit fits directly into existing Robot Coupe workflows without additional adapters. Beyond potatoes, it handles cooked root vegetables such as carrots, swede, and parsnip, and passes de-seeded soft fruits — raspberries, blackberries, and melon — through its 3 mm mesh to produce consistent coulis and fruit purées.
