The Cuppone Mantegna MN40/1DG is a single-deck electric pizza oven with a rotating refractory stone deck, designed for high-quality Neapolitan and artisan pizza production in restaurants, pizzerias, and hotel kitchens. Reaching up to 500 °C and drawing just 2.8 kW on a standard 230 V single-phase supply, it bakes up to 20 pizzas per hour — compact output without a dedicated power circuit.

The rotating Ø400 mm refractory stone deck ensures even heat distribution from all sides, eliminating the need to manually turn each pizza. Independent power adjustment of the top and bottom heating elements gives chefs precise crust-to-top control, while the pyrolysis self-cleaning function and removable front crumb tray keep maintenance fast between services. A panoramic upward-opening double-glass door and internal lighting provide an unobstructed 360° view of the bake at all times.
