The Lainox Skewers 52 CM (SD052) is a stainless steel spit rod accessory for Lainox combi and convection ovens, designed to enable rotisserie-style cooking directly inside the oven cavity. At 520 mm in length and built to GN 1/1 format, it fits cleanly within compatible Lainox units including the GS111, letting kitchens roast whole cuts, poultry and kebabs without additional equipment.
Built from stainless steel throughout, the skewer is durable, easy to clean, and suited to the high-heat, high-humidity environment of a professional combi oven.
