The Lacor Electric Heating Unit (model 69002) is a rectangular electric resistance heater for chafing dishes, delivering 0.7 kW at 230 V and reaching up to 96 °C — enough to maintain safe serving temperatures throughout a buffet service. Built from aluminium and CE certified, it is a reliable, lightweight replacement or upgrade for operators who prefer electric heat over gel or solid fuel.
Designed to fit a range of Lacor chafing dish frames, it is a practical choice for hotel breakfast buffets, catering operations and restaurant self-service stations that need consistent, controllable heat without open flame. Compatible with Lacor chafing models 69110, 69004, 69016, 69001 and 69035.
