Description
Description
The La San Marco NEW 105 M ACT 3 is a professional semi-automatic multiboiler espresso machine for high-volume café, restaurant and hotel bar service, drawing 7.25 kW at 400 V to sustain independent temperature control across all three groups simultaneously. Its dedicated multiboiler architecture keeps the 12-litre steam boiler and each coffee boiler regulated separately and electronically, so milk steaming and shot extraction never compete for thermal stability.
Control is handled through a touch panel with a TFT-LCD graphic icon display, with four programmable doses per group and start/stop flexibility for baristas working at pace. An electronic pressure measurement system replaces traditional analogue gauges, while Bluetooth and e-mail connectivity let owners monitor performance, adjust configuration and pull statistical data remotely via the dedicated app. Two manual steam wands with knob action and multicolour LED worktop lighting complete the station. Available in three worktop height variants and a wide range of solid and metallic colours, the 105 M ACT 3 fits both ergonomic and interior design requirements for any front-of-house espresso bar.
