Description
The La San Marco Marco 100 Electronic is a professional single-group espresso machine built for cafés, restaurants, and hotel bars that demand consistent espresso quality and precise control. Its thermosiphonic heat-exchanger system, combined with a pre-infuser and an externally adjustable flow variator, lets baristas fine-tune the brewing temperature at group level without touching the boiler — delivering repeatable extraction shot after shot at 2.0 kW on a 400 V / 50 Hz supply.
Control is handled through a non-capacitive electronic programmable keypad offering six programmable coffee doses per group plus a start/stop button, alongside two programmable hot-water doses — reducing operator error during high-volume service. The machine connects directly to the water line via an internal motor-pump, features an LED water level indicator for at-a-glance monitoring, and includes an automatic wash cycle to simplify end-of-day cleaning.
Constructed in Italy from brass, copper, and stainless steel internals with smudge-proof stainless steel and chrome-plated exterior panels, the Marco 100 Electronic is available in multiple colour options to match any front-of-house aesthetic.
