The La San Marco 20/20 TOP 3gr is a professional 3-group espresso machine built for high-volume coffee service, drawing 7.0 kW at 400 V to sustain continuous output across all three groups. The TOP version adds automatic electronic boiler temperature regulation, a graphic display at each group head, and an ergonomic backlit keypad giving baristas direct control over pre-infusion, shot counters, and cleaning cycles — without interrupting service.

A coffee flow rate control system monitors grind and dose consistency, alerting staff via the display when adjustments are needed — a practical safeguard during peak hours. The hot water diffuser delivers uniform flow with three programmable dose settings. Multicolor LED worktop lighting and boiler insulation coating round out the TOP specification.
