The La San Marco 100 TOUCH is a professional 2-group espresso coffee machine for cafés, restaurants and hotels, built around a 12-litre single boiler with a dual heat exchanger (DTC) system and thermosiphonic circulation. An externally adjustable flow variator lets each group brew at an independently set temperature — without touching the boiler pressure — giving baristas precise, repeatable extraction across different coffee profiles.

Control is handled through a capacitive touch keypad with no mechanical moving parts. Each group has its own LED backlit display for real-time temperature readout and a status lighting bar that tracks the brewing cycle. Up to six programmable doses per group, a semiautomatic mode and Bluetooth connectivity with a dedicated mobile app make routine adjustments and remote monitoring straightforward for busy operations running at 4.5 kW on a 400 V supply.

The machine ships in anti-fingerprint stainless steel with chrome-plated accents and is available in four metallised colour options — anthracite, grey, red and sky blue — with custom colours on request, making it a practical fit for front-of-bar environments where appearance matters.
