Description
Description
The La San Marco 100 Electronic is a commercial semi-automatic espresso machine for cafés, restaurants, and hotels, built around a 12-litre boiler and drawing 4.5 kW at 400V/50Hz. Its electronic push-button keypad offers six programmable coffee doses per group, giving baristas precise, repeatable extraction at high volume without manual guesswork.
The thermosiphonic brewing system incorporates a pre-infuser and flow variator, allowing individual group temperature adjustment independent of the boiler — a practical advantage in busy service where different coffee blends or roast profiles run simultaneously. Electronic autofill with an LED water level indicator keeps downtime low, and the double-protected working base adds durability in demanding kitchen environments.
Available in a two-group configuration with anti-fingerprint stainless steel panels and metallized colour options including anthracite, grey, red, and sky blue, the 100 Electronic suits operations that need a dependable, programmable espresso workhorse with a professional finish on the counter.
