Description
The Kromet 8/45.1S (manufacturer code 000.ROE-8N/45) is a countertop electric roller grill designed for continuous hot-dog and sausage service, running on a standard 230 V supply at just 1.2 kW. Eight stainless steel rollers, each 45 mm in diameter, rotate a full 360° with an individual heating element per roller, ensuring even, consistent contact heat across the entire product — no cold spots, no uneven browning.
A single adjustable thermostat covers a wide 50–300 °C range, giving operators precise control whether holding product warm during quiet periods or grilling at full output during a rush. The stainless steel roller construction is hygienic, durable and easy to clean — important for high-turnover snack bars, cinema concessions, sports venues, convenience stores and fast-casual outlets where the unit runs all day.
