Description
The Kromet 6/45.1S is an electric roller grill for continuous grilling and warming of sausages in professional foodservice, running on a compact 0.9 kW draw at 230 V. Its six stainless steel rollers, each 45 mm in diameter, rotate a full 360° to ensure even browning on all sides without manual intervention — a practical fit for fast-food counters, snack bars, stadium concessions, and hotel buffet stations.
A single-zone adjustable thermostat covers a broad temperature range from 50 °C up to 300 °C, giving operators precise control whether they are gently holding product warm or grilling at full output. Each roller carries its own individual heating element, so heat is distributed directly and consistently across the cooking surface rather than relying on a shared heat source below.
