Description
The Kromet 10/45.2S is an electric roller grill for continuous hot-dog and sausage service, fitted with 10 stainless-steel rollers on a 45 mm pitch and rated at 1.5 kW on a standard 230 V supply. Each roller has its own heating element and rotates a full 360°, ensuring even, all-round browning without cold spots.
Two independent heating zones let operators control front and rear temperatures separately — useful for holding finished product at serving temperature on one side while grilling fresh stock on the other. With a working range of 50 °C to 300 °C, the unit suits fast-food counters, stadium and event catering, convenience stores, and any high-throughput snack operation that needs reliable, consistent output.
