Description
Description
The Kromet 000.PE-025P is a freestanding electric tilting bratt pan with a 37-litre capacity and 6.5 kW of heating power, designed for high-throughput braising, sautéing, stewing and shallow-frying in professional kitchens. Its 0.25 m² cooking surface and stepless analogue thermostat — spanning 50 °C to 275 °C — give chefs precise, continuous temperature control across a wide range of cooking tasks.
The 8 mm thick AISI stainless steel pan bottom ensures even heat distribution and resists warping under sustained use. Emptying is handled by a manual hand-wheel mechanism that tilts the pan through a full 0–90° arc, making safe and controlled pouring straightforward without additional tools. The 700 × 600 mm footprint fits neatly into a cooking suite line-up or stands independently on anti-slip feet.
The 000.PE-025P suits restaurants, hotel kitchens, canteens and catering operations looking for a reliable, workhorse bratt pan that balances compact dimensions with serious volume.
