Description
Description
The Krampouz WECABC is a professional single electric waffle maker designed for high-volume foodservice, producing classic 4 × 6 Brussels rectangular waffles at up to 1.8 kW on a standard 230 V supply. The cast steel cooking irons — food-contact approved — deliver even heat retention and a consistent golden finish, while the stainless steel frame stands up to the demands of a busy kitchen pass or street-food counter.
A thermostatic control spanning 50 °C to 300 °C gives chefs precise adjustment across the full range from gentle warming to high-output production. The 90° opening, integrated on/off switch with power and heating indicator lights, and insulated protected controls keep operation straightforward and safe. The included drip tray catches fat and batter overflow, reducing clean-up between service runs.
Manufactured in France by Krampouz, the WECABC suits waffle bars, hotel breakfast stations, café counters and catering operations where reliability and authentic Brussels-style results are non-negotiable.
