Description

The Krampouz GECID4AO is a professional medium contact grill (panini grill) made in France, designed for restaurants, cafés, hotel kitchens and snack operations that need fast, consistent grill marks across a 350 × 230 mm cast-iron cooking surface. Running at 2.6 kW on a standard 230 V supply, it reaches up to 300 °C under thermostat control, handling everything from panini and sandwiches to meat and vegetables during high-volume service.

Both the ribbed upper and lower cast-iron plates are dishwasher-safe and removable tool-free in around 25 seconds via Krampouz's Easy Clean System — which also lets operators switch the unit between contact grill and griddle configurations without additional hardware. The self-balancing upper plate automatically adjusts to varying food thickness, ensuring even contact and consistent results regardless of portion size.
