Description
The Krampouz GECID3AO is a professional electric contact grill and panini press for cafés, restaurants, and hotel kitchens, delivering up to 60 sandwiches or 70 portions of meat and fish per hour from a compact 260 × 230 mm ribbed cast-iron cooking surface. Made in France and rated at 1,880 W, it heats across the full plate via Krampouz's Heating Element Pack for consistent results, with a thermostat adjustable between 50 °C and 300 °C and a heat-ready indicator light that signals when the target temperature is reached.
The auto-balancing upper plate self-adjusts to different food thicknesses, while adjustable plate pressure lets operators fine-tune contact for paninis, steaks, or fish fillets. The unit runs equally well closed as a panini grill or open as a flat snack griddle. Krampouz's Easy Clean System lets staff swap or remove the dishwasher-safe ribbed plates in 45 seconds — a genuine time-saver during a busy service — and a front-facing drip tray with a visible fill level keeps the countertop clean.
