Description
The Krampouz CGBIM4 is a professional gas crêpe maker from the Fest Noz line, built for high-volume crêpe service on a 400 mm machined cast steel cooking plate delivering 6 kW of gas power. Made in France, the unit runs on butane or propane straight out of the box, with a natural gas injector supplied separately — making it genuinely flexible for market stalls, outdoor catering events, and food trucks where gas supply varies.
The single 6-arm burner distributes heat evenly across the full plate surface via a double row of flames on each branch, giving crepe operators consistent results edge to edge. The stainless steel frame houses protected controls behind a shroud to resist knocks in busy outdoor setups. Note: the CGBIM4 has no flame-failure safety cut-off and is rated for outdoor and open-air use only — operators requiring an indoor-approved safety variant should specify accordingly.
At 15 kg, the unit is portable enough for festival and event catering yet robust enough for daily professional use. It suits dedicated crêperies, street food operators, and catering teams who need a reliable, compact French-made gas plate without fixed-installation constraints.
