Description
The Krampouz BECIC1 is an electric single-bottle chocolate and sauce warmer for crêperies, dessert bars, hotels and catering operations that need consistent topping temperatures on the service line. Made in France, it holds one 1 L bottle in a stainless steel frame and maintains temperatures anywhere between 0 °C and 90 °C via a rotary thermostat dial — no water bath required, which simplifies setup and cleanup considerably.
Drawing just 0.17 kW from a standard 220–240 V supply, the BECIC1 has a compact counter footprint and ships with the ABM2 plastic bottle fitted with a 3-spout lead, ready for immediate service. CE certified and rated for indoor professional use, it is built for continuous chocolate, caramel, fruit coulis and other topping service in busy kitchen and front-of-house environments.
