The Nardi Komodo Elemento Centrale is a central sofa module and armchair without armrests, designed by Raffaello Galiotto as the core building block of the Komodo 5 modular seating system — suited to hotel terraces, restaurant outdoor areas, café lounges and contract hospitality spaces indoors and out.
The shell is moulded from UV-treated fiberglass-reinforced polypropylene, 100% recyclable and mass-coloured for lasting colourfastness, with a 475 mm seat height that delivers a comfortable, lounge-oriented sit. The backrest hooks on to all four sides of the seat, so orientation and layout can be reconfigured freely; combined with the Elemento Angolo corner module, Pouf, and matching tables, it builds out into large-scale seating arrangements without tools. Cushions are available in Sunbrella 100% acrylic or Tech Panama vinyl-polyester fabric — both with removable covers — giving operators a choice between softness and maximum weather resistance.
Made 100% in Italy in Chiampo, the Elemento Centrale ships in four frame colours — Bianco, Antracite, Tortora and Agave — covering the neutral and contemporary palettes most common in professional outdoor schemes.
