Description
The Robot Coupe 28054 is a julienne cutting disc from the Expert series, designed for use with Robot Coupe CL and R-series food processors, producing uniform 8×8 mm strips suitable for vegetable garnishes, stir-fry prep, and mise en place in high-volume restaurant, hotel, and catering kitchens. The 190 mm precision-sharpened disc fits a broad range of machines including the CL50, CL52, CL55, CL60, R502, R702, and related V.V. models, as well as the CL51 and R602VV.
Dishwasher-safe construction keeps cleaning fast during busy service. Note that this disc has been discontinued and is superseded by the updated Robot Coupe reference 28054W — buyers sourcing a current replacement should specify that part number.
