Description
The Jemi GS-83 ECO is a hood type pass-through dishwasher for high-volume restaurant, hotel and catering kitchens, capable of processing up to 30 racks — or around 640 plates — per hour on a 2-minute wash cycle. Built entirely in stainless steel inside and out, its fully welded pressed wash tank and pull-up quick-release wash arms are designed for fast daily cleaning and long-term durability in demanding back-of-house environments.
The machine accepts standard 500 × 500 mm baskets with a generous 400 mm usable hood clearance, handling everything from plates and trays to tall glassware. A 3/4" BSP water inlet (accepting up to 60 °C supply) and three-phase 400 V connection make installation straightforward in most commercial kitchens, while the fixed wash system keeps maintenance predictable.
The GS-83 ECO supports a broad range of optional add-ons — including a drainage pump, detergent dosing unit, pressure pump, break tank, digital thermometer, EPS system and double hood — allowing buyers to configure the machine precisely to their site and workflow requirements.
