Pass-Through Hood Dishwasher, 60 Racks/h, 15 kW

The Jemi GS-105 M is a pass-through hood dishwasher for high-volume professional kitchens, capable of washing up to 60 racks or 1,280–1,920 plates per hour with a cycle time of 60–120 seconds. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel and running on three-phase power at 15.0 kW, it suits busy restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations and institutional canteens where throughput and hygiene consistency are non-negotiable.

The machine features two independent wash tanks, an automatic motorised hood, a double hood for reduced steam release, and Jemi's EPS steam-condensation energy recovery system that cuts energy consumption by approximately 25%. An integrated detergent dosing unit, pressure pump, drain pump and break tank are all included as standard, keeping the installation straightforward and self-contained.

Dual wash tank filters and a self-diagnosis system simplify daily maintenance and reduce downtime, while the digital thermometer gives operators a clear real-time view of wash temperatures at a glance.
