Description
The Jemi GS-102 M is a free-standing, hood-type pass-through dishwasher for high-volume professional kitchens, capable of processing up to 60 racks per hour with standard 500×500 mm baskets. Running on 400 V three-phase power at 15.0 kW, it delivers reliable throughput suited to restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations and busy café back-of-house environments.
Built from AISI 304 stainless steel throughout, the GS-102 M is engineered for durability in demanding daily use. Electromechanical controls with a digital thermometer keep operation straightforward for kitchen staff, while selectable 60 or 120-second wash cycles let operators match cycle time to load and soil level. A dual-filter system on the wash tank helps maintain water quality and reduces maintenance interruptions during service.
