The Vitrum Island V-shaped exhaust canopy hood is a ceiling-suspended, four-sided stainless steel extraction hood for open-plan and island cooking stations in professional kitchens, restaurants, and hotel operations. Its inverted V ridge profile channels vapour, grease, and smoke efficiently from all four sides, making it the right choice wherever cooking equipment sits away from walls — over a central range, grill or cooking suite.
We manufacture this hood at our own production facility in Berģi, Latvia, and the standard unit is built to a 1500 × 1200 × 450 mm footprint. Interior lighting can be added at an additional cost.
