Description

The Vitrum Island Supply-Extract Hood is a ceiling-hung, double-sided compensating exhaust hood built for commercial kitchens where cooking equipment sits away from the walls — ideal for open-plan kitchen layouts in restaurants, hotels and catering operations. Fabricated entirely in stainless steel, it integrates both supply air and extract air plenums within a single canopy, balancing fresh and exhaust air flows without straining the building's HVAC balance.
