The Vitrum Island Refrigerating Module OM2 is a freestanding cold-storage unit designed for open kitchen and buffet island layouts, built for restaurants, hotels, catering operations and professional food-service environments where reliable refrigeration is needed in a central, accessible position.
We fabricate the OM2 from AISI 304 stainless steel with a polished finish, giving it the hygiene credentials and durability that busy commercial kitchens demand. Adjustable stainless steel feet allow level installation on uneven floors, and the stationary construction keeps the unit stable under continuous daily use.
