Description
The Vitrum island exhaust hood is a ceiling-hung, four-sided stainless steel canopy for professional kitchens, designed to capture steam, smoke and cooking odours from island cooking suites placed at the centre of the kitchen floor. Built at our 15,000 m² manufacturing facility in Latvia, it is suited to restaurants, hotels, catering operations and any HoReCa kitchen where a central cooking line demands ventilation from all four sides.
The standard canopy measures 1,500 × 1,200 × 450 mm and is fabricated in durable stainless steel throughout. Interior lighting is not included as standard but is available as an add-on for 280.00 EUR excl. VAT — a practical upgrade for kitchens where brigade visibility over the cooking surface matters. Every hood leaves our facility as a made-to-order product, so if your kitchen layout calls for a different footprint, other sizes are calculated on request.
