Description
A serve-over stage for scoop ice cream: this display freezer presents 10 Napoli pans (5 l) under a curved-glass sneeze guard at -16 to -14°C, the classic scooping temperature. LED lighting with its own switch makes the flavours the shopfront, and a digital controller with temperature display keeps them safely held. An easy-access storage compartment below holds 10 Napoli Pans (5L) in reserve.
The 1317 × 906 × 1372 mm counter suits gelaterias, cafés and hotel dessert stations; pans are not included. Static cooling with automatic hot-gas defrost draws 9.6 kWh per day at 54 dB(A). Rated climate class 4 for +30°C ambient, it holds its temperature in a warm shop.
