Description
The Imesa MCA 150 is a professional flatwork ironer (drying and ironing calender) for high-volume linen finishing in hotels, laundries, restaurants and care facilities, with a 1504 mm working width and adjustable ironing speed from 1 to 6 m/min. Available in electric or gas variants, it accepts linen at up to 50% humidity and processes it through a chrome-plated roller with a NOMEX high-temperature-resistant belt, delivering consistently pressed flatwork at throughput speeds suited to demanding shift operations.
Control is handled by the colour touchscreen IM10 microprocessor panel with standard inverter drive and automatic speed/temperature compensation — reducing operator input and maintaining quality across varying load weights. An intelligent cooldown function switches off heating and runs the machine on residual heat until the drum drops below 80 °C before auto-stopping, protecting the belt and saving energy. Two large collection tables (front and rear) are included, and the compact footprint allows wall installation where floor space is tight.
Built for reliability and safe daily use, the MCA 150 ships with a 24-month warranty and is backed by accessible service panels for routine maintenance. A remote foot pedal for linen ejection is available as an optional accessory.
