High-Spin Washing Machine, 32 kg, 915 rpm

The IMESA LM 32 is an industrial high-spin front-loading washing machine with a 32 kg capacity and a 320-litre drum, built for high-throughput laundry operations in hotels, hospitals, commercial laundries and large catering facilities. Spinning at up to 915 rpm with a 400 G extraction force, it removes excess water efficiently and cuts downstream drying time — a measurable advantage in busy linen cycles.

The machine is constructed entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel — drum, tank and all external panels — and runs on a suspended drum with spring and shock-absorber isolation, so no floor anchoring is needed. Control is handled by the IM11 system, a 7-inch colour touchscreen that allows operators to store and modify wash programs covering water level, temperature, motor speed and rotation rates. Built-in Wi-Fi connects to IMESA's IMConnect cloud portal for remote monitoring, predictive maintenance and firmware updates. Five heating configurations are available depending on site infrastructure: electric, direct steam, indirect steam, combined electric and steam, or hot water.
