Where floor space is too tight for a full display case, this 20L countertop unit still gets scoop ice cream on the counter, holding 2 Napoli pans under a flat hinged glass lid. It suits kiosks, petrol-station shops and buffets that want scoop ice cream without giving up a full floor unit, and it works equally well front- or back-of-house.
Held at -22 to -10°C by static cooling, it draws 90W and uses 1049kWh a year (class B). The interior is stainless steel, easy to wipe down between flavours. It stands on adjustable feet with a white finish.
