For counters that scoop straight from the tub, this 157L freezer adds a glass serve-over top to a sliding-lid chest base, keeping the display cold without opening the whole unit. The top holds 4 x 5L tubs, with 7 x 5L tubs in reserve underneath.
Held at -24 to -14°C by static cooling with manual defrost, it suits gelaterias, kiosks and cafés serving straight from the counter. It moves on 4 wheels, 2 with brake, and it locks up out of hours. Noise sits at 45 dB(A). Annual energy use is 552kWh (class D).
