Description

The Hoshizaki KM-80C-HC-W is a self-contained crescent ice maker for restaurants, hotels, bars and catering operations, producing up to 75 kg of Crescent EDGE ice per 24 hours and storing up to 34 kg in its integrated bin — all from a single-phase 230 V supply drawing just 0.314 kW. The compact stainless steel cabinet fits neatly on a countertop or floor, and the air-cooled R290 refrigerant system keeps running costs and environmental impact low.

Hoshizaki's CycleSaver® double-sided stainless steel evaporator completes a freeze cycle in 23 minutes, delivering consistently shaped crescent cubes that melt slowly and displace liquid efficiently — ideal for cocktail bars and high-volume beverage service. The EverCheck™ Control Board monitors machine status with audible alarms and built-in diagnostics, while the fully automatic cleaning function (W suffix) and HoshiGuard Antimicrobial Agent reduce manual maintenance and hygiene risk in busy kitchens.
