Description

The Hoshizaki KM-60C HC-W is a self-contained crescent ice maker for bars, hotels, cafés and small restaurants, producing up to 60 kg of Crescent Edge ice per 24 hours and storing up to 23 kg in its integrated bin. Running on eco-friendly R290 refrigerant at just 0.255 kW, it keeps operating costs low without compromising output.

At the core is Hoshizaki's CycleSaver® double-sided stainless steel evaporator, which forms ice on both sides of the plate every cycle for consistent, high-clarity crescent cubes. HoshiGuard Antimicrobial Agent protects interior surfaces between cleans, while the fully automated chemical cleaning system simplifies hygiene maintenance — requiring only 2.5 L of citric acid solution per cycle. The EverCheck™ Control Board provides audible alarms and onboard diagnostics, so issues are flagged before they become downtime.

Front-vented air cooling and a washable condenser filter make the KM-60C HC-W suitable for built-in or counter installation where rear clearance is limited. Gravity drainage and four adjustable legs round out a practical, low-maintenance package well suited to compact back-bar or undercounter setups.
