Description
The Hoshizaki DSM-12 DE is a countertop shuttle ice dispenser producing up to 13 kg of ice per 24 hours, designed for self-service use in hotels, cafés, restaurants and healthcare facilities where hygienic, hands-free ice dispensing is essential. Its auger (screw) system produces uniform 3 g shuttle ice pieces and stores up to 3 kg on demand, ready to dispense at the touch of a button.
Built for compact front-of-house or beverage station placement, the DSM-12 DE fits a 180 mm-wide countertop footprint while drawing just 0.2 kW — keeping running costs low even in continuous-use environments. Portion control is adjustable, making it equally suited to bar service, buffet lines and patient care stations where consistent ice quantities matter.
